New site, old content

The new design is (finally) live. I've gone through a number of revisions and I finally have one that I don't hate.

We'll see how long it lasts.

Anywho, the old content has been moved over to the new Kingfisher2 database schema, but some of the formatting is a little off. Slowly working my way through it.
