Beginning of the KF2.5 rewrite

The semi-official announcement is one the Google Code page.

Long and short of it is, current users should update against the branches/1.0.0 repository, the rewrite will be in trunk/

I'll release stable packages in the tags/ repos, the updates to trunk/ are going to be fast and furious (because I'm starting to hear the click of death on my home dev server), so don't rely on stable releases coming out of trunk/.

Update: Almost forgot, please leave feature requests in the bug tracker.
