KF2.1 is... err... committed?

Committed the KF2.1 changes with a updated admin interface.

This isn't the full KF2 release, which will have a great deal of UI improvements, but in the mean time, it's quite a bit more usable than the previous versions.

Grab it from the SVN repository at Google Code, or just wait until I make the package.

One of the biggest features is the new commenting system (which I'll be enabling in the templates shortly).
